El Ansari Addresses the Syrian Crisis in Press Statement

Dr. Majid bin Mohammed Al Ansari, Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister and Official Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, made a statement regarding the events in Syria. He reiterated Qatar's position on the necessity of a comprehensive political solution to the Syrian crisis, emphasizing that this solution must serve the interests of the Syrian people.

Dr. Al Ansari stated that Qatar has a clear position calling on all parties to act in dialogue and understanding, in line with international legitimacy resolutions, particularly Security Council Resolution 2254, while preserving the unity, sovereignty, and independence of the country to meet the expectations of the Syrian people.
