Kizilbuk REIT (KZBGY) has announced the sale of timeshare properties, with 216 units sold at the Sinpas Kizilbuk Thermal Wellness Resort project in November. According to the disclosure made via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), a pre-sale revenue of 115,267,469 TL was generated from these sales. To date, a total of 28,913 timeshare units have been sold in this Marmaris project, yielding a total pre-sale income of 7,080,290,114 TL, excluding VAT.

Iz Investment Holding's (IZINV) subsidiary, Iz Girisim, signed a supply contract following the acceptance of its proposal for a new project in the UK. The announcement via KAP stated that after their works in Berlin, a payment amount of 300,000 euros was determined for the new project in London. Developments related to the project will also be shared with the public.

Aygaz A.Ş. (AYGAZ) has authorized its management to issue debt instruments in the domestic market of up to 3 billion TL. According to the decision published by the Board of Directors on KAP, this issuance will be carried out in the form of sales exclusively to qualified investors and/or through allocation, valid until the issuance limit is approved by the Capital Markets Board. The company will apply to the Capital Markets Board for the approval of the issuance document, highlighting this step as a strategic decision to strengthen Aygaz's financing structure.

As part of the Volatility-Based Precautionary System (VBTS), measures have been implemented for IHLGM shares, where gross clearing will apply from transactions dated December 4, 2024, until the end of the session on January 3, 2025. During this period, the previously defined restriction on margin trading will also continue. Meanwhile, YGYO shares will not be subject to margin trading during the same timeframe. These measures taken by the Capital Markets Board aim to control possible fluctuations and sudden price movements in the market.
