"Decision Issued: No Environmental Impact Assessment Required for OYAK Cement's Planned Ready-Mix Concrete Plant Project"

The "Environmental Impact Assessment is Not Required" decision has been made regarding the Ready-Mixed Concrete Plant project planned by OYAK Cement.

A statement on the website of the General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permit, and Inspection provided the following information:

"The PTD File submitted to our Ministry concerning the Ready-Mixed Concrete Plant project planned to be built by OYAK CEMENT FACTORIES A.Ş. at the location of Parcel 10, Block 9251 in Geneyik Neighborhood, Şahinbey, GAZIANTEP Province has been examined and evaluated. As per Article 17 of the EIA Regulation, it has been decided by our Governorship that 'Environmental Impact Assessment is Not Required' for the Ready-Mixed Concrete Plant project."
