Garanti BBVA Signs Dual-Tranche Syndicated Loan Agreement

Garanti BBVA (BME:BBVA) has signed a syndication loan agreement consisting of two separate tranches, amounting to 244 million US dollars and 162.4 million euros, with a maturity of 367 days. According to a statement from Garanti BBVA, the loan, which will be utilized for the financing of foreign trade and sustainable projects, has a total cost of SOFR + 1.75% for the US dollar tranche and Euribor + 1.5% for the euro tranche, with participation from 43 financial institutions across 21 countries.
