Koza Gold Decides to Acquire Two Properties Worth a Total of 1.384 Billion TL

Foreks - Koza Altın (IS:KOZAL) has decided to purchase two properties from Koza İpek Holding in Istanbul Bebek and Ankara Çankaya, with a total value of 1,384.35 million TL.

In a statement made to KAP, the company provided the following information: "Based on the valuation report prepared by SPK licensed Smart Corporate Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Inc. and Rehber Real Estate Valuation Consultancy Inc., the property located in Bebek Mahallesi, parcel 132 and 133 of 1259 island, Beşiktaş district of Istanbul has an appraisal value of 908,000,000 TL, while the property located in parcel 1 of 28371 island, Çankaya district of Ankara has an appraisal value of 476,350,000 TL. It has been decided to purchase these properties from Koza İpek Holding A.Ş."
