Correction: Koza Gold Decides to Purchase Two Properties Worth a Total of 1.384 Billion TL

Foreks - Koza Altın (IS:KOZAL) has decided to purchase two properties totaling 1 billion 384.35 million TL from Koza İpek Holding in Istanbul Bebek and Ankara Çankaya.

In a statement made to KAP by the company, the following information was provided: "Based on the valuation report prepared by SPK licensed Smart Corporate Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Inc. and Rehber Real Estate Valuation Consultancy Inc., it has been decided to purchase the property located at Istanbul Beşiktaş District Bebek Neighborhood, parcels 132 and 133 of block 1259, with an appraisal value of 908,000,000 TL, and the property located at Ankara Çankaya District, parcel 1 of block 28371, with an appraisal value of 476,350,000 TL, from Koza İpek Holding A.Ş."
