Market Overview: 125 Tons of Cotton Traded in the ITB

Foreks - A total of 125 tons of cotton transactions took place at the Izmir Commodity Exchange. According to information compiled from the Izmir Commodity Exchange Bulletin, 50 tons of Torbalı cotton in grade 41 were sold for 55.00 TL, and 75 tons of Söke cotton in grade 42 were sold for 54.00 TL for a one-week maturity. For cotton in grades 53 and 43, buyers were active in the price range of 50.00-51.00 TL, with 51.00 TL for grade 52, at least 54.00 TL for grade 42, and 55.00 TL for grade 41. It was observed that the market exhibited a relevant trend.
