Field Updates Kalekim's Corporate Governance Rating to 9.30

Foreks - Saha Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc. has confirmed the Credit Rating for BNP Paribas Financial Leasing Inc. with a short-term (TR) rating of A1+ and a long-term (TR) rating of AA.

The statement said: "Saha Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc., which operates corporate governance rating activities under a license from the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, has updated the Corporate Governance Rating of Kalekim Chemical Materials Industry and Trade Inc. from 9.21 to 9.30 on December 1, 2023.

In this rating assessment, Saha employed a methodology based on the ‘Corporate Governance Principles’ published by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) in January 2014.

Considering Kalekim Chemical Materials Industry and Trade Inc.’s emphasis on corporate governance principles, its willingness to conduct this as a continuous and dynamic process, and the improvements made in this regard, the company's corporate governance rating has been updated as follows:
