Türk İlaç's Visit to Uzbekistan Türk İlaç (TRILC) engaged in significant consultations regarding the development and collaboration opportunities in Uzbekistan's pharmaceutical sector. The company's Chairman Mehmet Berat Battal visited Tashkent at the invitation of the Uzbekistan Agency for the Development of Pharmacology and Pharmacy Networks, meeting with agency director Abdullah Azizov.
During these meetings, detailed evaluations were made regarding Uzbekistan's pharmaceutical production needs, and both parties agreed to cooperate on new projects.
Çelebi Aviation's Major Initiative in Tanzania Çelebi Aviation (CLEBI) will provide space and passenger services for Turkish Airlines' weekly 9 flights at Julius Nyerere International Airport in Tanzania as part of a new partnership. This operation, set to commence on December 1, 2024, will be one of Çelebi Aviation's largest operations in Africa. With over 65 years of experience, the company continues to expand its global services and strengthen its presence in Africa.
Çelebi Aviation Group CEO Dave Dorner noted that this collaboration would significantly enhance their operational efficiency in Tanzania. Dorner stated that this agreement with Turkish Airlines would not only be limited to Tanzania but would also bolster other operations in Africa. Çelebi Aviation continues to focus on digitalization and sustainability efforts to improve service quality.
Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş. Applies to the CMB for Capital Increase Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş. (FENER) has applied to the Capital Markets Board following its decision to increase the company's capital. The company plans to increase its current capital by 152.57%, bringing it to 250 million TL within the registered capital ceiling of 250 million TL. This capital increase is viewed as a strategic move to strengthen the company's financial structure and expand investment opportunities.
Girişim Elektrik Signs Contract After Winning TEİAŞ Tender Girişim Elektrik Sanayi Taahhüt ve Ticaret A.Ş. (GESAN) won the tender organized by the General Directorate of TEİAŞ by submitting the most advantageous proposal. In the tender held on October 31, 2024, the company obtained the first place by offering the best price for the project titled "Purchase of PVC Insulated NYCY (YVMV) Sheathed Cable with a Rated Voltage of 0.6/1KV."
Following this successful bid, a contract was signed between Girişim Elektrik and Türkiye Elektrik İletişim A.Ş. for the work covered by the tender. The base price of the contract has been set at 1,550,000 dollars.
