Pluxee Acquires Brazilian Mobility Solutions Company Beneficio Facil

Pluxee announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Brazilian mobility solutions company Beneficio Facil for an undisclosed amount. The employee rights company stated that the agreement is subject to approval by the Central Bank of Brazil and will be entirely financed by existing financial resources. The company noted that this acquisition will allow Pluxee to integrate mobility benefits into its solution portfolio.
