TANKER REPORT - 34 Tankers Located in Black Sea Ports
Forex - A total of 34 tankers are currently positioned in Black Sea ports, which serve as the first leg for the oil arriving in the region to reach the world via the Istanbul and Dardanelles straits. According to a report prepared by Tribeca Maritime Services and shared via email, 20 of the tankers are classified as Aframax, 11 as Suezmax, and 3 as Panamax. Taking into account the tankers that have not yet docked at the ports, the total number of tankers in the Black Sea is reported to be 43. The Russian ports of Novorossiysk, Taman, Kavkaz, Tuapse, and Georgia's Supsa are home to the tankers. Currently, 27 tankers have docked in Novorossiysk, 4 in Taman, and 3 in Kavkaz. No tankers are present in Supsa and Tuapse.
