Number of Charging Points Reaches 24,334 with a 4.1% Increase in October
In October, the total number of charging points (sockets) in Turkey increased by 4.1% compared to the previous month, reaching 24,334. At the end of September, the number of sockets was 23,377. The Energy and Natural Resources Ministry (EPDK) published the "Monthly Statistics on the Charging Services Market" report for October. Accordingly, this represents an increase of 143.9% compared to 9,975 in October of last year. The number of electric vehicles, which was 146,965 at the end of September, rose to 155,319 by the end of October. The number of AC charging points increased from 14,543 to 15,029, while the number of DC charging points rose from 8,834 to 9,305.
