(CVKMD) has obtained financing amounting to 150 million TL from its controlling partner, Hüseyin Çevik, for use in company operations. According to the announcement published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the financing amount was deposited as cash into the company on November 26, 2024. The statement emphasized that Çevik did not request any interest on this amount. This financing arrangement by the company draws attention as it aims to strengthen operations and support operational processes. The financing is expected to contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Kızılbük REIT transferred its subsidiary Kızılbük Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. (KZBGY) has transferred its inactive subsidiary, Marmaris Devre Mülk İşletmeleri ve Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. According to the decision made at the board meeting on November 1, 2024, all of the 50,000 shares, corresponding to a capital of 50,000 TL, have been transferred to Noor Exclusive Holiday Services A.Ş. The transfer transactions were published in the Trade Registry Gazette on November 25, 2024, thus becoming official. With this transfer, Kızılbük REIT aims to streamline its portfolio and utilize its resources more actively.

Verusa Holding secures a bauxite export contract worth 24.2 million dollars The subsidiary of Verusa Holding A.Ş. (VERUS), Standard Boksit İşletmeleri A.Ş., has signed a new contract for the export of bauxite ore worth 24,160,500 dollars. The agreement, made on November 26, 2024, stands out as the highest-value export contract the company has signed to date. Standard Boksit İşletmeleri had also signed bauxite ore sales agreements exceeding a total of 7 million dollars on August 16, August 29, and September 17, 2024. The company owns a total of 24 mining sites across Turkey and meets its export obligations from the bauxite mine site located in Adana Tufanbeyli.
