MARKET OVERVIEW - Stock Market Closes with a Decline

The BIST 100 index closed the day down 23.84 points at 9636.12. According to a Foreks News survey, a closing increase of 31.3 points for the BIST 100 index was anticipated. In the closing survey for the BIST 100 index conducted by Foreks News, the closest prediction was made by InvestAZ Investment/Zühre Dursun at -25.25 points. The second closest prediction was provided by A1 Capital/Mehmet Emre Sağlam at -29.66 points. The third closest prediction was from InvestAZ/Uğur Bayar at -34.12 points. A total of 40 institutional analysts participated in the Foreks News BIST 100 index closing survey held today; 27 analysts predicted a positive close, while 13 analysts forecasted a negative close.
