Akfen Electricity's IDK Meeting for the Van Solar Power Project Scheduled for December 16th

Foreks - An Evaluation and Assessment Meeting regarding the Van Solar Power Plant project planned by Akfen Electricity will be held on December 16.
In a statement on the website of the General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permit and Inspection, the following information was provided:
"The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report prepared for the Van Solar Power Plant (66 MWm / 50 MWe - 73.62 ha) and Electricity Storage Facility (50 MWe / 120 MWh) project planned by Akfen Electricity Sales Inc. within the borders of Edremit (Gümüşdere) district in Van province has been submitted to our Ministry in accordance with Article 11 of the EIA Regulation, and the review and assessment process has begun. An IDK meeting regarding the project will be held on December 16, 2024. The EIA Report submitted to our Ministry can be found at https://eced-duyuru.csb.gov.tr/eced-prod/duyurular.xhtml."
