Capital Increase in Agrotech

Agrotech High Technology and Investment Inc. (AGROT) has made a decision for a capital increase without consideration.

The statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) is as follows:

"The company's issued capital of 1,200,000,000 TL will be increased by 100% to 2,400,000,000 TL, of which 1,029,244,493.26 TL will be covered by positive differences of capital inflation adjustment and 170,755,506.74 TL from extraordinary reserves, within the registered capital ceiling of 5,000,000,000 TL. It has been decided to amend the 5th article of the articles of association due to the capital increase, to transfer the relevant amounts from the accounts of the positive differences of capital inflation adjustments and extraordinary reserves to the capital account, and to distribute the shares representing the increased capital of 1,200,000,000 TL to the existing A and B group shareholders free of charge in proportion to their participation in the company's capital."
