RENEWAL - Forte Signs Extension Contract in Ministry of Defense Project

Forte Bilgi İletişim Teknolojileri ve Savunma Sanayi A.Ş., a recently public company, made a significant announcement through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). The company stated that an extension option has been utilized for software development and consulting services within the framework of the National Defense Ministry's Information System Modernization Project, in collaboration with Havelsan A.Ş. The statement noted, “Our company has informed that a framework contract has been signed with Havelsan A.Ş. for the procurement of Software Development and Consulting Services in the National Defense Ministry Information System Modernization Project, and it was stated in the announcement that the work has an extension option. In relation to this extension option, it has been communicated to us by Havelsan A.Ş. that they wish to use the relevant extension option, and a contract has been signed. The contract amount is 1 million 200 thousand dollars excluding VAT."

Forte Bilgi İletişim Teknolojileri has taken a significant step towards the National Defense Ministry's Information System Modernization Project. This project encompasses the development, integration, and modernization of software applications in Turkey's defense technologies sector. During this process, activities such as product management, analysis, design, software development, integration, and testing will be carried out.
