Approval of Prizma Press Printing's Capital Markets Board Application

Prizma Pres (IS:PRZMA) Matbaacılık Yayıncılık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş's free capital increase has been approved by the Capital Markets Board (CMB).

In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated:

''The company's paid-in capital of 24,000,000 TL within the registered capital ceiling of 75,000,000 TL will be increased by 200% to 48,000,000 TL, thereby raising the total capital to 72,000,000 TL, by covering the entire amount from inflationary gains. An application was submitted to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) on 12.08.2024 for permission and approval to amend Article 6 titled 'Capital' of the Articles of Association regarding the capital increase from internal resources. Our application has been approved and published in the CMB bulletin. In this context, the start date for the use of the right to obtain free shares has been set as 26.11.2024, and an application will be made to the Central Securities Depository (CSD) regarding these transactions.''
