Today's Highlighted Business Agreements from BIST Companies
Cw Enerji Mühendislik (CWENE), Forte Bilgi İletişim Teknolojileri (FORTE), and Manas Enerji (MANAS) have drawn attention today with contracts and projects they announced to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
Cw Enerji's New Sales Agreements
Cw Enerji Mühendislik Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. has signed a product sales framework agreement valid throughout 2025, covering various products from the company's wide product portfolio, worth a total of 295 million Turkish lira excluding VAT, with five sales points across Turkey. Delivery of the products will take place in parts by the end of 2025, with payment and delivery terms evaluated separately for each purchase.
On the other hand, CWENE shares have continued their upward trend since mid-last month, recording a value increase of up to 40% during this period. The stock rose by about 6% on the last trading day of last week and started the new week with a more horizontal movement around 211 TL.
Forte Bilgi İletişim's Ministry of Defense Project
Forte Bilgi İletişim Teknolojileri ve Savunma Sanayi A.Ş. announced that it has utilized the extension option in the National Defense Ministry Information System Modernization Project, previously signed with Havelsan A.Ş. The value of the new contract within this scope is set at 1.2 million dollars, excluding VAT. Additionally, the company won part of a tender initiated by the Ministry of Interior for the establishment of information system infrastructure in service buildings in Muğla, Kütahya, İzmir, and Trabzon, with a project value of 26.95 million Turkish lira excluding VAT.
FORTE shares also recorded a momentum that slowed the downward trend that had persisted throughout the year since mid-October. While gains in FORTE remained lower, the stock rose by approximately 25% within the span of about a month. After closing last week in the negative, it started the new week with an increase of around 3%, beginning below the 50 TL threshold.
Manas Enerji's Activities in Egypt
Manas Enerji Yönetimi Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. has received an order through its newly opened branch in the Arab Republic of Egypt for remotely communicating water meters and spare parts of various sizes. The total value of the order is 23,559,472 Egyptian pounds, which is approximately equivalent to 475,000 dollars based on the current cross-exchange rate. The delivery of the products is planned to be carried out in batches in the first half of 2025.
MANAS shares have seen volatile movements amid a continuing upward trend throughout the year and recently found support at the 14 TL level at the beginning of the month. After losing nearly 15% from the support zone this month, MANAS started the day with an increase but then fell from 17.45 TL to 16.7 TL.
