Anadolu Isuzu Predicts High Single-Digit Increase in Dollar-Based Export Revenue This Year

Forex - Anadolu Isuzu (IS:ASUZU) expects a low single-digit decrease in export quantities for 2024, while forecasting a high single-digit increase in dollar-based revenue.
Anadolu Isuzu has made some adjustments to its expectations for 2024 by evaluating the results from the first ten months of the year in the automotive sector.
In a statement made to KAP, it was noted:
"Our revised expectations for 2024 are as follows:
· Domestic Market: While we expect the total market size of our segments to grow in the mid-single digits compared to 2023, we anticipate a high single-digit increase in our total domestic sales quantities for 2024.
(Previous: We expected the total market size of our segments to decline by approximately 20-25% compared to 2023; however, we believe that the diversity of our portfolio will result in a smaller decrease in our total domestic sales quantities for 2024 in comparison to the market contraction.)
· International Markets: Despite expecting a low single-digit decrease in quantity for our overseas export activities, we foresee a high single-digit increase in our dollar-based revenue due to the impact of our strong product portfolio.
(Previous: Although regulatory changes set to be implemented in Europe are expected to cause a delay in anticipated sales in the second half of the year, we expect our total export sales quantities for 2024 to remain on par with 2023, due to both the increased product diversity and the growth in sales outside of Europe.)"
